Be the best you that you can be. Here are some tips and tricks to becoming better. If you want to get better grades and focus more, or try and loosen up a bit, try some of these!

If you are hung up on some things, a great way to "let go" is to write down all of the mean and bad things on a plate and to just simply drop the plate or destroy it in some way. You can also write it all down on a balloon and have it float away. Stress can really impact you so if something is wrong, fix it or let it go and I promise it will help so much!

You could also do some face masks, basic ones start around $2. This tip is a oldie but a goodie and it is much, much more fun when you do it with friends! You could even have a full blown spa day! If your a guy, I don't know, uh, play some video games...

A great way to stop procrastinating is to write it all down in a to-do list pattern. You could even add all sorts of color and make it pop however you would like!

Another amazing form to release stress is to, well, meditate! Yoga is proven to help become calmer, you probably have never tied it but, you should give it a try, you never know what could happen!
